Shayne Austin Miller

President and CEO

Shayne Austin Miller is a performance-driven, strategic, and process-focused marketing and communications management executive with 20+ years of experience in managing multi-media integrated campaigns and growing new business while employing strategic insights and marketing best practices. He has a proven track record in consistently exceeding expectations, communicating complex concepts in a simplified manner to diverse audiences, and cultivating internal and external communications plans. Key skills include project & change management, impactful storytelling, community building & engagement, consumer marketing along with press & public relations. Shayne has served on several not-for-profit boards and held leadership positions with a special improvement district (SID), Chamber of Commerce (President) and a statewide marketing collective.

Christopher Atwood

VP, Special Events

Christopher Evans Atwood is a dynamic event producer with over 20 years of experience in the event industry. Since childhood, Chris was involved in theatre and continued his passion by studying theatre at Kean University.  After graduating, Chris produced thousands of successful private celebrity affairs and corporate galas for companies like Johnson & Johnson, the New Jersey Lottery, among others.  Chris was featured in DJ Times, a national magazine highlighting the movers and shakers in the the event industry. Chris is a two-time DJ Times, DJ of the Year finalist, a featured keynote speaker, a former vice president of NJDJN and currently tours as a BOSE© Performing Artist. Chris enjoys engaging with the communities he has had the privilege of serving and his events are well known in the region for being top quality.

Anjelin Martinez

VP, Design Services

Anjelin Martinez, a NYC-based graphic designer serves as Art Director at TodayTix and VP of Marketing/Operations at Holistic Solutions Global. She specializes in branding, digital design, & print media. During her time at TodayTix, she quickly grew from Marketing Graphic Designer to Senior Graphic Designer before being promoted to Art Director. Anjelin’s creative skills have impacted many for-profit and not-for-profit institutions across the United States including restaurants, fashion brands, technology companies, and tropical fruit distributors. Her passion is helping business owners bring their vision to life and help take their companies to the next level. She holds an Arts & Advertising Design degree from CUNY New York City College of Technology and a B.S. in Digital Arts & Design from Full Sail University where she was honored as Salutatorian. Anjelin is fluent in English and Spanish

Aya Felling

VP, Social Engagement

Aya Felling began her career as an athletic trainer before managing an international social media campaign for a new singing app called Harmony Helper. Aya has expertise in content creation, multiple platform social media campaigns, trade show exhibitions and paid social media promotions. Her work with Harmony Helper garnered the app an extremely successful launch realizing 85K+ downloads, 19K paid users, and 93% subscription retention rate. She managed brand visibility at several national trade shows resulting in broad brand awareness and customer loyalty/retention. Aya also manages the company’s help desk while monitoring the company’s social reputation. Aya’s approach to social media begins with establishing a strong brand voice with each client for consistent messaging.

Michael Gepner

VP, Marketing Strategy

Michael Gepner is one of the nation's most successful arts marketing and communications professionals.  With a focus on building sustainable customer bases using a solid foundation of brand identity development and strategic planning. He has served as the VP of Marketing and communications at The 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle and Director of Marketing and Sales at Paper Mill Playhouse where he was part of a team that helped the organization garner national honors. His career as a marketer spans more than 30 years. His particular focus has been on new and sustainable customer development. Michael also has a background working on a community level on issues of equity, inclusion, race and tolerance, having spent time facilitating community-based discussions.

Philip Carrubba

VP, Publicity

Philip Carrubba specializes in press, public relations, media campaigns, and special events for theatrical stage productions, cabaret, music recordings, cultural institutions, celebrities and local communities. With more than 20 years’ experience working on commercial and not-for-profit productions/organizations, Philip takes a hands-on approach to building a strong working relationship with every client, carefully defining each client’s goals and work to meet them by crafting effective media campaigns tailored to each client’s unique needs. Philip will working hand-in-hand with advertising, marketing and social media resources to foster and enhance an awareness of identity across all media platforms, including print, online, television and radio. Philip is a member of The Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers.
